Airshow Radio
The airshow radio will provide music, up to date information on the show, in-depth interviews and features on specific exhibitors broadcasted from the site itself. The airshow radio reaches well beyond the show grounds as it is broadcasted on a specially-assigned frequency covering the whole of Singapore. The sponsor will have branding opportunities both ‘on-the-air’ and in-and-around the broadcasting studio on-site.
 
 
Hotel Shuttle Buses
A fleet of 30 buses will run throughout the day to pick up visitors and delegates from a number of hotels and designated pick-up points and transport them to the show site. This service is free at all times. Sponsors enjoy the right to display logos on bus stop signage and on the sides of each of the buses. (Excludes paintwork of buses).
 
 
Media Hospitality Chalet
At Singapore Airshow 2008, a chalet will be constructed to house accredited members of the media. This will include a workspace, media conference facilities and a 360 degree viewing platform that serves as their base as they look out for potential assignments throughout the show grounds. The sponsor(s) has the rights to branding opportunities inside and outside the various media facilities.
 
 
Badges & Landyard
Every visitor will be provided with an official exhibitor or trade visitor badge and lanyard which will prominently display the sponsor’s name and logo. (Badge and lanyard supplied by sponsor).
 
 
VVIP Lounge
This lounge willl host the official delegations invited by the organizer of Singapore Airshow. The sponsor of this lounge will receive inside and outside branding recognition.
 
 
Trade Tickets
The trade tickets can be branded with the sponsor’s logo and provides an excellent opportunity to bring across messages to the global aviation professionals.
 
 
Registration Area
The registration area offers sponsors tremendous exposure to inbound visitors, with branding possibilities on signage throughout the area. Trade visitors upon entering the show site will proceed to this area to fill in and/or submit their registration details. They will then pass through the security screening process and walk across a pavement bridge to the show site.
 
 
Beer Garden
The beer garden will be located outside the main exhibition hall, near the shoreline. It will provide a meeting area where exhibitors and visitors are served with draft or bottled beer and snacks. The sponsor has naming rights and a number of other promotional benefits that include a reserved seating area, an opportunity for tabletop advertising and the right to branding opportunities inside and outside the beer garden.
