Following are some helpful hints to assure you of a great time at Singapore Airshow 2012.
- Dress appropriately
Singapore’s weather can get quite warm and humid particularly in the afternoons, so wear light fabrics and dress comfortably. Come prepared with sunblock and sunglasses to keep out unwanted UV rays.
- Be ready to walk
With an indoor exhibition and an outdoor static display spanning close to 30 hectares, Singapore Airshow literally covers a lot of ground! So wear good walking shoes, to get you comfortably through numerous exhibits and planes.

All visitors have to go through security clearance before entering the grounds, so try to avoid bringing too many unnecessary items with you. A small bag for essential personal belongings will be more than enough.
- Take public transport
There will be road closures and only a limited number of car park lots, so come via public transport. More details on road closures and the type of public transport you can take will be made available in the lead-up to the show, so check back soon.
